Reporting a measurement issue

Include the method you used, your input and unit, the result you expected, and a link to the jeweler’s reference if available. For screen issues, mention the device model, browser zoom, and calibration method.

Please do not send card photographs, card numbers, or other sensitive information. A card is used only as a physical reference against your screen.

Need a final fit check?

For a purchase or resizing decision, ask the retailer or a professional jeweler to verify your fit. We can help explain how the calculator works, but it cannot replace a fitting.
